Delete your account

You can remove your Alankara data yourself, at any time, from inside the app. It takes effect straight away.

How to do it

1. Sign in at alankara.app or in the Alankara app. 2. Open the Me tab. 3. Under “Your data”, choose “Delete my collection” or “Delete my account”. 4. Type DELETE to confirm.

What is removed

Delete my collection removes every piece, photograph, look and wear record, and keeps your account. Delete my account removes all of that plus your account, name, email and activity record. Nothing is kept afterwards, apart from AI request diagnostics that expire within ninety days.

Can't sign in?

Write to hello@alankara.app from the email on your account and we'll delete it for you.
